WebSigCleveland.org - Write the Right Words for the Internet – Words People Read®

  • 19 Apr 2014
  • 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM
  • Room 30 (Lower Floor - Administration Building), Notre Dame College, 4545 College Road South Euclid, Ohio 44121-4293

WebSigCleveland.org invites you to a content rich session on how to craft content to improve your organic search results and keep readers on your website.

Bill Gates coined the phrase “Content is King” in an article he wrote in January 1996. The saying is even more appropriate 18 years later. Google demands value-laden, authoritative content and associates the words you write with your brand.

Attendees will learn:

  • The difference between traditional marketing content and website content.

  • Tips for writing blog articles.

  • The benefits and best practices for writing newsletters that are opened and shared.

  • How to use content in your social media status updates.

  • The value and creation of an editorial calendar to keep you focused and on track.
